September 8, 2016 – Albany, NY, USA – Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), a division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, has launched its 2017 seminar schedule*. This year’s calendar will feature stops in new cities and the exciting addition of two new classes.
Bringing back CMI’s two most popular courses, Train the Trainer and Supervisor and Management Boot Camp, the 2017 schedule marks the addition of Business Growth Strategies and Accredited Auditing Professional (AAP) classes.
Train the Trainer. CMI’s flagship seminar will be hosted five times in 2017. This three-day program is dedicated to providing attendees with the knowledge and skills to implement CMI’s Custodial Technician Certification course within their organizations and is an ideal program for any building service contractor (BSC), In-house provider, or distributor looking to stand out in today’s crowded marketplace.
Train the Trainer is being offered on the following dates in 2017:
· February 21–-23 in Northridge, CA
· March 14–-16 in Kennesaw, GA
· May 23-25 in Baltimore, MD
· October 17-19 in Warminster, PA
· November 28-30th in Denver, CO
Supervisor and Management Boot Camp. This three-day seminar is the perfect choice for individuals seeking to become management level employees, enhance their current management skills, or simply grow in the industry. Providing a wealth of knowledge through a mix of classroom and hands-on activities, this informative and fun educational opportunity is perfect for all BSCs and in-house service providers.
Supervisor and Management Boot Camp is being offered on the following dates in 2017:
· April 26-28 – Dallas, TX
· June 20- 22 – Northbrook
Business Growth Strategies. This new-for-2017 seminar will bring BSCs together from all across the United States. In addition to providing proven methods of success, this not-to-be-missed session will educate business owners and management-level employees on new trends in the industry and unique and cost effective methods to enhance their businesses.
Business Growth Strategies is being offered on the following dates in 2017:

AAP. The second of CMI’s two new seminars for 2017, AAP is focused on empowering attendees with the proficiencies and techniques necessary to properly implement a quality assurance plan for their organization. Attendees will learn not only via lecture-based instruction, but will also complete an on-site walk through and building audit over the course of this one-day seminar. AAP is the perfect course for any BSC, in-house service provider, or distributor looking to add value to their customers’ or their organization and obtain certification to perform their own building audits.
