Change is ever present in our companies, thriving through that change sets us apart.  Under the stressors of change, although healthy and productive, can bring out the best and the worst in us and others. Understanding how we, our employees and our clients show up on good days and bad days will bring about individual awareness to your organization creating the space for positive breakthroughs.  Understanding the basic Insights Discovery Color Energy model has helped me to bring about collective self-awareness where relationships at work that can be avenues for, not barriers against business success.  

I will be speaking on the basic model of Insights Discovery Colors providing examples on how to be more authentic, and therefore more effective in the development of your teams, engage with your employees and transform your leaders to thrive through change.  Building a common language for understanding similarities and differences.  Understanding yourself, how you are perceived by others and the ways in which we are all different. Insights Discovery uses four distinct color energies and when applied can help you understand why you behave in the way you do and why other people behave differently. Every person has the four-color energies within them, but it’s your leading color energy and mix of the other colors that creates the unique you.

This presentation will cover the following topics.

  1. Overview Section – Overview of Insight Discovery and a general picture of who you are and the way you think. 

  2. Strengths and Weaknesses – You will become more aware of your strengths and weaknesses.  These can be used to create an effective action plan for your personal development.

  3. Value to the Organization – What key attributes do you and your employees bring to the environment in which you operate. It may be that you or your employees are not currently using some of these key team strengths to their full potential.

  4. Effective Communication – This is a powerful section that identifies key areas that you and your team can use when communicating with each other and your clients.   How to effectively communicate to have the best possible result from the interaction.  

  5. Blind Spots – Blind spots suggest some of the perceptions others may have of you and that you have on others.  It is important to understand these blind spots, to be open to change.  

  6. Opposite Type – that’s the person with whom you are likely to have difficulty with. We will go over practical strategies for dealing with your opposite type.

Throughout the presentation I will also provide personal examples of how incorporating Insight Discovery has advanced my business objectives.  There will be worksheets for your use and time for Questions & Answers.
