Without sounding like the Grinch who stole Christmas, we need your help. In our last newsletter, ARCSI President Jeff Lange asked for your input to help your Board to plan events and initiatives for you in 2016. Two weeks later, only one – yes only one member – has taken the survey.
- Now I know you have a-million-and-one excuses:
- It’s a busy time of year.
- I’m short staff.
- There’s a Grinch in my computer.
- Someone else will respond, so I don’t have to.
Wrong. If YOU want it to happen for the benefit of your business, then we need to hear it from YOU!
The survey will take less than five minutes. Less time than it takes to go through all of your Facebook posts about the latest holiday cookie recipe, or viewing what your friends had for dinner last night. This stuff is important! The ARCSI Board is a group of hard working cleaning business owners just like you. They make the time to plan ARCSI programs and activities for the coming year and you can at least give them a little assistance. They want to be responsive to the our membership. They don’t make decisions in a vacuum (no pun intended). So don’t put it off. Just click the link and take it NOW.
TAKE THE 2016 PLANNING SURVEY
This is also the time of year you need to be planning for your own business growth in 2016:
- Have you laid out a marketing plan for the year?
- Have you written down your 2016 goals?
- Do you have a plan to track the progress, week by week, month by month, or are you going to get to December 2016 and ask yourself, “Gosh, we just didn’t get to where we needed to be this year?”
Yes it is hard work. Yes it takes discipline. Yes it takes motivation. As I talk to members around the country, one thing is clear and separates those who are continuing to be successful and those who are only wishing to be successful: the growing companies have a plan, and they do not let anything distract them from working that plan.
