New employer requirements as of Jan. 1, 2015
Beginning, January 1, 2015, more than two dozen industries will be added to the list of industries required to maintain OSHA 300 Logs. All forms of cleaning services – including residential, commercial, window, specialized, and housekeeping – have been included in the injury reporting and OSHA 300 Log requirements since the launch of the program.
