KPI: Rate Increase to Equivalent Client

As the cost of doing business continually goes up, we want to make sure that what we’re charging for our services goes up accordingly. There’s always a concern with a rate increase that we might lose customers. So it’s important to understand the value of a rate increase relative to the value of our average customer.
