David Kiser was the President of Champagne Services in Sterling, VA for 15 of its 35 years of operation; the service was transitioned to new management and rebranded in 2015. Over 35 years later Champagne Services nurtured a great team of people who were loyal employees and who cleaned thousands of homes and established the reputation of a high end service that delivered excellence over and over again. That great reputation allowed David to contribute in setting the standard for the residential cleaning industry through the IICRC House Cleaning Technician certification program, including being a founding principal partner of the Institute for Service Excellence, the first training organization approved by IICRC to provide the HCT program certification training and testing. Champagne Services is a Founding Member of ISSA Residential (originally known as ARCSI), and David served as their first president. Today, David continues to serve his local community as an established real estate specialist through Kiser Homes. LinkedIn
