Bruce Kopkin has spent more than 40 years inside the machinery of B2B sales — first as an operator, later as the person companies call when that machinery breaks. His resume reads like a tour through enterprise tech's back half: IBM, JDA Software, Indus International, ABB, Honeywell — each stop sharpening a specialty in complex, relationship-driven industries like manufacturing, distribution, and travel.
That specialty found its clearest expression at sales-i, where Kopkin's turn as interim General Manager helped position the revenue intelligence platform for its 2024 acquisition by SugarCRM, now folded into what is SugarAI's core product line.
Kopkin is currently a Partner in TechCXO's Revenue Growth Practice, working as a fractional CRO/CSO for early-stage, growth-stage, and private-equity-backed companies. He's also President of the Executive Sales & Marketing Association in Atlanta.
