First Award Winners Announced for ARCSI Convention

ARCSI to Recognize Award Winners at 2015 Cleaning Convention in Las Vegas
ARCSI takes great pleasure each year in recognizing the winners of its most prestigious awards:

This year, ARCSI had an unprecedented number of nominations for these awards along with the Professional Image Awards that will recognize the industry’s best uniform, vehicle graphics, website and logo. Congratulations to all of the nominees for representing the residential cleaning industry with such high quality work and professionalism.

Professional Cleaner of the Year Award Winner

Danielle Kennett, Marvelous Maids, O’Fallon, Missouri

Danielle started working for Marvelous Maids in April 2012. She quickly moved up the ranks to running a team of her own, always with a positive attitude.  One year ago, Danielle became a trainer and has since successfully trained a number of their new staff, instilling in them the same core values that she represents. In November, Danielle was promoted to a team captain.  Danielle has the highest quality ranking in the company. According to Kathy Gage, the owner of Marvelous Maids, “she is a solid employee in every way!  She demonstrates strong leadership whether it’s stopping gossip, leading a team, training a new staff member or implementing new policies.”

Petra Huppert HEART Scholarship Recipient

John & Dawn Winter attended their first Cleaning Convention in 2014 and “absolutely loved it.” John was working for a printing company and was unfortunately laid off in June 2015. Now he works with Dawn full time to help grow Dawn to Dusk Cleaning Services. They are completely committed to growing their business. They were hoping to receive the scholarship to attend the 2015 Cleaning Convention in Las Vegas so that they could continue to “surround ourselves with the right people at the Convention that can help us to build our business to a profitable level that will support us and our family.”
