He founded My Maid Service, Cincinnati's largest independent professional cleaning company, which was later merged into Blue Skies Services. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Proctor & Gamble (P&G) working on household cleaning products. Derek is now an investor in several cleaning companies including My Maid Service Dayton and Real World Services Columbus. Derek is also a consultant for industry leaders Marvelous Maids and Castle Keepers, sharing his marketing and sales expertise.
