Amber Starling founded Good Witch Cleaning in May 2017 at the age of 24, starting with with herself, $100 worth of cleaning supplies from Dollar General, and the vacuum from her house.
In 2018, she became the first IICRC Certified House Cleaning Technician in the state of Kansas and hired her first employee. In 2020, she became a Journeyman Textile Cleaner with the IICRC.
She has been a speaker at the ISSA Residential Convention on recruiting and retaining young employees and partners with Kansas State University’s School of Business and the Fort Riley Employment Readiness Group as a guest speaker on Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
