For these exact reasons, recognized residential cleaning industry veterans and leaders created the House Cleaning Technician Training & Certification program a little over 10 years ago, endorsed by and available only through schools approved by the IICRC (the Institute of Inspection, Restoration and Cleaning Certification).
Now, the committee that oversees this program wants your opinions on the current program, a two-day learning event and proctored certification exam, as well as a new learning format to train field personnel.
The HCT2020 survey will take 3 – 4 minutes to complete and you can do it on your phone or tablet during a break from the ARCSI/ISSA show or from your workday back home.
