CCW hires Anthony Trombetta to lead its marketing and sales initiatives.
Chicago, IL – Consolidated Chemical Works (CCW), the originator of portion-controlled chemical products for the cleaning industry, has hired Anthony Trombetta to head up its business development.
“We are very pleased to have Anthony join our team here at CCW,” says Warren Weisberg, President of CCW. “He has more than 22 years experience and has worked closely on the end user and building service contractor side of the business.”
Previously the director of sales for ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, Anthony was directly accountable for the association’s growth during the past 15 years. “I am extremely happy and fortunate to be able to join the CCW team,” Anthony said. “It’s the perfect mix of great people and great products, and I am looking forward to helping grow the business.”
CCW provides services, solutions and portion controlled, high concentrated cleaning products to building service contractors, schools, universities, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial segments.

Anthony Trombetta is Director of Sales at JAN-PRO Systems International, where he has worked since September 2024. He previously spent over seven years as Vice President and Executive Recruiter at Michael J. Hawkins, Inc., followed by a stint as Director of Sales & Training at Consolidated Chemical Works, Ltd. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly 15 years as Director of Sales, Training & Membership at ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, where he was responsible for hiring professional speakers for ISSA's annual educational meetings, including celebrities and political figures as keynoters. Before ISSA, he served as Vice President at Versatech Building Services.
Anthony has spoken at numerous industry events on topics including cleaning, workloading, professionalism in cleaning, the value of clean, cleaning system design, and train-the-trainer programs, and holds expert-level knowledge of standards and certifications such as CIMS, ICE, LEED-EBOM, GreenSeal, and the EPA's Design for the Environment program. He earned his BA from Florida Atlantic University.
