The Association of Residential Cleaning Services International, more commonly known as ARCSI has just announced its brand new learning and training portal, ARCSI Learning.

This platform is for residential cleaning companies who want to improve their business and their employees’ safety.

ARCSI Learning’s major attraction is the PHC or the Professional House Cleaning Certification. The PHC is a seven module training program that aims to teach cleaning professionals the specifics as to why they do certain things.

“Taking part in continuing education opportunities allows residential cleaners to expand their technical knowledge, improve cleaning results, and enhance employee safety,” said Erin Lasch, ARCSI Program Manager. “We are thrilled to launch ARCSI Learning to address the top concerns of residential cleaning companies, provide a solid training solution for the residential cleaning industry, and continue to change the way the world views cleaning.”

With the ARSCI Learning dashboard, residential cleaning companies can give assignments to employees and keep track of their progress.  Each course ends with a test to guarantee the participants’ knowledge. After all sections, they take a comprehensive certification test.

As well as the PHC, ARCSI boasts another vital course for cleaning businesses. They call it COVID-19 What House Cleaning Professionals Need to Know, Approved by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC). They say this course offers much-needed information that allows residential cleaning to be done safely and responsibly during this pandemic.

“This is a great resource for residential cleaners and helps ARCSI in its mission to further professionalize the industry,” added Lasch. “We encourage both ARCSI members and non-members to explore the current offerings and take advantage of future courses as they become available.”
