Workplace version of social media platform falling flat in beta
A workplace communication version of Facebook, currently in beta testing, is not faring well so far. Testers cite user confusion about which network they’re on (personal or Facebook at Work). Users are also conflicted over online etiquette. Are you supposed to friend all of your coworkers? Should you like every post from your boss?
