Fisher promoted to Director of Member Services; Lasch hired as Director of Communications. 
ARCSI recently announced the promotion of Jeff Fisher to Director of Member Services. Fisher joined ARCSI in February of this year as IT Director. His new responsibilities will include coordinating member retention, recruitment, and services, such as the Member Resource Center.
Joining the ARCSI staff is Erin Lasch as Director of Communications. She will be responsible for the ARCSI newsletter, The Residential Cleaning Connection, and all of ARCSI’s social media programs, including the LinkedIn discussion board that has over 5,300 participants. She comes to ARCSI after 16 years with the Ohio Society of CPAs as their Communications Manager.
“Jeff’s new responsibilities and the addition of Erin Lasch to our staff will allow ARCSI to continue to be responsive to our members’ needs,” said Ernie Hartong, ARCSI Executive Director. “They both have a solid association management background and understand everything we do is designed to benefit our members and help them grow their business.”
Ernie Hartong has served as the Executive Director of ARCSI since 2009. His background includes 25 years of association management as well as jan-san sales.
